After receiving 2 awards for CSR & Onboarding initiatives during the last HR One Gala, Devoteam Luxembourg has been recognized as a Best Workplace by the Great Place to Work Institute for the 4th year in a row, reaching this year the 2nd place for large companies!
Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture that helps organizations to identify, create and sustain a great work environment where employees feel valued, respected and trusted. The Institute conducts an annual survey called Trust Index™ that measures the level of trust, pride and camaraderie among employees. Based on the survey results and an evaluation of the company’s policies and practices, Great Place to Work grants a certification and a ranking to the best workplaces in each country and region.
